Shining Stars - February 20, 2010
Shining Stars is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  This event includes dinner, dancing, open bar, and a silent auction.  The event will be held at the St. Noel Banquet Center on Rt 6 near Rt 91 in Willoughby, OH.  Open bar starts at 6:00 pm. 

Thank you to all who attended, it was a great success!

Dictionary Literacy Project

Santa's Breakfast - Saturday, Dec 5th, 2009
This is our annual Pancake Breakfast with Santa held at the West Geauga High School cafeteria.  Bring the kids to meet Santa!

Winter Festival and Tree Lighting
Every year the Chesterland Rotary helps with the Tree Lighting at the Gazebo on the Square in Chesterland.

Annual Senior Dinner in April
Each year the Chesterland Rotary sponsors the Chesterland Seniors Dinner at the West Geauga Middle School. 

Literacy Dictionary Project
Every year, through the leadership of Jim Kisicki, the Chesterland Rotary gives out Dictionaries to 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders in the Chesterland area.  To some children, it is the first dictionary they have ever owned.  For more information contact Jim Kisicki.

Chesterland Summer Concerts in the Park
Each year, the Chesterland Rotary Club helps out with refeshments for our weekly Concert in the Park.

Chesterland 4th of July Parade

Annual Rotary District Night at Progressive Field

Jamaica Student Book Project
This project started by the Chesterland Rotary Club, and now a joint project between four regional clubs, successfully took place in the first weeks of January 2009, when several Rotarians travelled to Kingston East & Port Royal Jamaica  to provide books and school uniforms to 1,000 needy students.  This project falls under our Literacy Goal to increase the level of world child literacy.  For more information and pictures, see the Jamica Literacy Project page, or contact Larry Corbus.

WomenSafe Check Presentation at Jacobs Field on August 15, 2007
On August 15th, Rotary International, District 6630 sponsored an Indians Baseball night out to raise $20,000 for the Green Room at WomenSafe.  More than 600 Rotarians, family and friends participated.

Chesterland Literacy Dictionary Program
Chesterland Dictionary Literacy Program - Each year, the Chesterland Rotary distributes dictionaries to 3rd Grade Students at the Elementary schools in Chesterland.
