On May 3rd, 2008, at the West Geauga High School senior awards evening, we publicly thanked the community for supporting the Chesterland Rotary Foundation as we presented two scholarships and Interact Club awards to three W.G. Seniors. Congratulations to Lori Sobelewski, Brittany Zganjer, and Karen Kruzer. Through the support and growth of the Club Foundation I truly hope someday we may be able to dole out full rides for college scholarships to deserving individuals within our community.

The Rotary Club also provides Scholarships for outstanding High School Students every year, and sponsors a Four-Way Test Speech Contest at West Geauag High School.
